When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the case that our stock level was incorrect at the time we received the order.
If we should be unable to deliver the order or parts of it, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
We withdraw the money on your creditcard when we ship the order.

Free delivery in Denmark with GLS Homedelivery, Business Delivery or DAO.
For shipping within the EU, please add the product to basket and type in your address. We have a lot of different options available.
Only Danish VAT (value-added taxes) is included in the price. Please note that in some countries, the legislation demands national VAT and/or additional fees on the goods. Tapis Noir is not responsible for any of these costs which may occur - please check your respective country's rules and regulations.
You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used. The customer pays for the return shipping.

All original packaging, hangtag, etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Please inclose the document that was in the package when you received it, so that we can track the order correctly.
If the item has to be exchanged, and the wished item is out of stock the money will automatically be refunded.

If you should have any complaints regarding wrong, damaged or missing items, please contact us asap:
When shopping at our webshop, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you either get the item you bought repaired or replaced, refunded or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint/appeal must be given within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is given to Tapis Noir within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. We will refund reasonable freight costs that you may have in connection with returning the product when the claim is justified.
When you return the product, please describe the problem as fully as you can.

We would love to hear from you about any complaints, but if you wish to forward your complaints any further you can do so in your own language at the official website of the European Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
