Slim Warp Print Scarf

€59,40 €99

The Slim Warp Print Scarf is made from two delicate, soft pieces of silk crepe de chine sewn together as a twilly. The print for this scarf was created by us, but was inspired by several antique fabrics - some of which are part of our archive. In 18th century France it was very popular to create fabrics with uneven stripes around flowers. We decided to create our own version of these stripes, but make them very uneven as if it was an Indian ikat print.

The two sides have different prints: one with a blurry striped print in warm tones and the other a solid blue-grey colour with a graphical element. The scarf has pointy ends, making it easy to tie in a number of different ways.
